The 4-pin connector is optional AFAIK, it'll still work if you don't use it. Of course you still need a good PSU.

Even better news, the four pin on an enermax 451, shows the four pin as two yellow 12+ and two black grnd. Thought they were for AGP but guess they can be used for anything, up to the Mobo manufacturer? If this board is around $200 as DeNiro says, "I will not hesitate, not for a minute" Exciting stuff.

Hey, the 20+4 eliminates the old undervoltage problems of previous Slot-A Athlons. Progress is generally a good thing. 🙂

Should it still need a 400+ watt cpu though,? Not too familiar with the pins and if it relates to the wattage.

Yes most excellent. I have been waiting for something like this since 760mp came out. Now i dont have a problem with paying alot for a good mobo i just cant afford to pay the Tyan prices. I have always wanted an SMP system so this is my chance.

I wonder if it does Dual with Durons or just supports them single?
