The list i found is confusing, and I don't know if the ones that Has (Oskar Wu) in it are the only optimized ones? Can someone using those bioses help me plz.. and How come when i run the awdflash.exe it doesn't do anything

You want to download his 0510-3 BIOS. There are also 0510-1 and 0510-2, but the -3 is optimized for TCCD.

Grab an empty floppy disk, pop it in, right click on your floppy drive, click format, and check the box next to Create An MS-DOS Disk.

After it is finished formatting, put AWDFLASH.exe and your BIOS file (xxx.BIN) on the floppy.

Reboot your computer, go into your BIOS, Load Optimized Defaults, Save & Exit, then boot to your floppy, type AWDFLASH, enter the name of your BIOS file (xxx.BIN) and proceed. You will not have room on the same floppy to save a copy of your old BIOS so don't bother.

After flashing is finished, eject floppy, reboot Let your motherboard POST and then turn your computer off, unplug the power from your PSU, wait for the motherboard LEDs to turn off, clear your CMOS using the jumper, wait a minute, then power everything back up, go into your BIOS, Load Optimized Defaults, Save & Exit.

Ding ding!

WinFlash is so much easier, and safer for most who are new to BIOS flashing..

Just don't overclock when doing it.
