Watts are not as relevant as amps.
Example, I have here a Thermaltake Purepower 560W PSU. It isn't the best, because it only has 22 amps on the 12V rail. And it's amps on the 12V rail that really matter for graphics cards, not watts.
Having said that, this PSU powers an overclocked A64 X2 (X2 4200 @ 2.6Ghz), 2 Gigs of RAM and a 512mb X1950 Pro PCI-E card. The thing is virtually silent when gaming, it clearly isn't having any difficulty powering this system. I'd hear quite distinctly if it did.
Because as stated above, an X1950 Pro only uses approximately 5.5 amps of the 12V rail, 66W if you want to talk in watts.
So to the OP, I'd give it a try, you'll probably find it will be fine. And if it isn't, N7's suggestion is also worth consideration.
