I'm building a K7S5a machine (yeah yeah I know) I always build any new box with a pci "generic" card so I can load the os with standard pci vid drivers installed. I have always read and installed the AGP card then the drivers for the card and then the AGP VXD driver. However the ECS guide states that you need to ("be sure to") install the AGP VXD drivers first before installing the AGP vid drivers. Does it matter? With all of the problems owners have with this mobo I wonder if this is an issue.
