AGP Voltage Increase?

I'm getting crashes in games w/my stock 6800 ultra @ 438/1340....but it runs fine in 3dmark05. And the crashes ALWAYS happen as soon as it loads up the first frame....it just locks, then gives me a bsod w/ and error in nv_disp.dll. When I oc only @ 425/1100, everything runs fine. (yes, I clean out my driver's w/driver cleaner after ever new install).

So I was pecking around in my bios and saw that I could increase the AGP voltage from 1.5V to 1.6V (these are the only options). Would this solve my problem? Or is this just a waste....or better yet, will it fry my card?
