AGP Videocard says it's occupying PCI 1 :(

The Visiontek Xstasy 5832 GTS-V just came in today and i installed it fine.

However, the properties says that it's sitting in PCI 1. does this mean that it's AGP card operating in PCI Compatibility mode? Will this hamper my performance?

It's most likely due to the fact that many (if not all) motherboards share an IRQ between the AGP slot and the first PCI slot. Nothing to worry about.
