i have an amd 1800xp
512 DDR RAM
mobo = A7M266
and a new leadtek geforce 4 ti 4200 128ddr

i get low scores in 3dmark so i went to the website in search to my questions
and i found an answer:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tip 2: Please check that you have "AGP Texture Acceleration - Enabled" in your DxDiag! Here's how to check if it's enabled:

1. Click on your windows "Start"
2. Choose "Run..."
3. Type: dxdiag
4. Press "OK"
5. Then when dxdiag has loaded, select the "Display" tab
6. Make sure that the "AGP Texture Acceleration" is ENABLED. If it's not, please enable it. If it was disabled, and you now have enabled it, you should get a perfomance boost up to 50%.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i did what they said, but when i got there i found that "AGP Texture Acceleration" is "Not Available"
what does that mean?
how can that be?
what can i do about that?

 Almost certainly a driver issue. But before messing about with drivers (esp fully removing all traces of previous cards) try this:

;) Run DXDIAG, go to Diplay Tab, DISABLE Direct3D Accel & CLOSE the app. RERUN DXDIAG & ENABLE Direct3D Accel. A click of the TEST button may show if this solves your partic quirk.
