Hey people,
This may be a stupid question because i've never heard of it done in my 6 years of experience. I Have an intel board (e210882) with built in video and three pci slots. On top of the pci slots there are the metal connectors for an agp slot to be put on the board but it actually isnt there. Anyone know if i can get some sort of agp adapter to fasten to the board and how i would do such a thing (link?). Thanks.

My guess is no, it is probably a hardware issue anyways, your board probably just has the same PCB as one that supports an AGP slot, but doesn't have the correct north bridge to support one.

No, you can't do it - there's certainly no easy way to do it and I'm pretty sure the motherboard wouldn't support it even if you took the most difficult path.

What you are referring to are called solder points on the motherboard; where the AGP connector would be attached on a version of your board that has the AGP slot.

Unfortunately, your board lacks the slot, the BIOS would be programmed so that it won't recognize an AGP card or slot, and furthermore, your motherboard may even have a Northbridge that lacks connections for an AGP card.
