AGP Settings on Nvidia contro panel

Hi i just installed WXP SP2 from scracth, then the VIA 4in1 and then nVidia reference 66.93.
I have a ABIT KV7 MB and a MSI 5700 VTD128 graphic card.
I installed coolbits.reg, and went to AGP settings in Nvidia control panel, and it's showing the following info:
GPU Chipset OS Optimal
AGP Version 3.0 3.5 3.0 3.0
Max AGP Rate 8X 8X 2X 8X
Max reques.. 32 32 32 32
Fast writes Yes Yes No Yes
Sideband add. Yes Y Y Y

in other settings shows Fast writes as enabled, it's enabled in the BIOS, but i dont care about fast writes,
what im worried about is that 2X in the OS column, any clue?

scores all check out on my rig so i wouldnt worry....but i too would like to know why
