AGP Settings and Performance

I've heard conflicting things about Side Band Addressing and Fast Writes. I'm using a GeForce 4 Ti 4x AGP card on a i865PE chipset. What settings should I use? Right now it's at 4x w/ enabled Side Band and Fast Writes.

Enabling both is meant to increase performance, but not by very much. It can cause stability problems on some systems though.

128, or 64 is fine it doesn't really do anything.
