I really need to get a wireless isa card onto my sisters 1700+ motherboard/cpu and i cant b/c it has no isa slots grrrrrrr. So do they make isa risers? and are they cheap? Does the riser fit in the pci slots? I think im wrong about this riser thing and what it does, so correct me.

IIRC, a riser just turns a slot 90° so you can fit it in small 1 and 2U cases.

I'd just go for PCI. ISA is dead. ;)

;-( nope for the both answers above. We have one wireless pci and one wireless isa. Family pc is on the p2 350mhz with the isa and my pc is with pci! So are there any $30 refrebs somewhere with socket a isa and i rather it not be ebay or a similar program.

Before your time, Grasshopper. ;)

HomeRF wireless. ISA, PCI, USB. Ran at about 1.1MBps in the 900MHz band, IIRC.
