AGP Retention Latch

So I'm about to upgrade my AGP card, but am not really experienced with the yanking out part of these newer (newer than 5 years ago) AGP slots(and other slots) with the retention latch at the end. Since a lot of you do this every few months, I'm just checking what I have to do about that latch. Old boards just needed the screw taken off, and then the card could be "rocked" out. Before I break anything, do these clips have to be "dealt" with before pulling out the card? And how so?

Thanks a lot.

I haven't seen a screw for that latch before. Just flip it with a finger or screwdriver before pulling the card.
