AGP Problems

I have an Erazor X on a Soyo 6VBA-133 motherboard. This mobo only supports 2x AGP, which was what it ran at before. But now for some reason it is running at 1x. I checked the bios, and 2x agp is enabled. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Celeron 466@566

14 gb Qauntum hd, 8 gb Seagate hd
SY-6VBA-133 Mobo using VBA-2BA8 Bios:

Elsa Erazor X using Nvidia's Detonator 5.30 drivers(also tried re-installing newest Elsa drivers but still 1x)
AGP Aperture Size at 64 mb(I've tried other sizes)
-Side Band enabled, Fast Writes not enabled
Monitor- Delta DA-1565(old 15&quot😉
Win98 ver. 4.10.2222 A

Any other crucial information I should list? This is weird cause it was working fine before on basically the same setup.

Come on people this is muy importante. Interestingly my 3dMarks score is still about the same at 1x.

Have you recently changed any hardware or software we should be aware of? When did this begin to happen? What were you doing or how did you notice this?

I tried out a 3d Revelator, but nothing was installed for that and it's not hookedup to my computer right now. Recently I've installed:
SETI(doubt thats it), Half Life: Day One. Of course I'm not sure when the change to 1x was, I don't really check it that often. So going a few weeks back I installed a 2nd hard drive, modem, SB PCI 512 sound card, and a tv tuner. I think that may be what's causing it, because in MS System information for Conflicts/Sharing, IRQ 11 has all these using it:
SB PCI512 Hauppauge WinTV Sound+Video Driver, Nvidia Geforce 256, and ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering.
