AGP power supply on K7 master?

On my K7 Master there is a connector labeled AGP Power Supply in the manual...but that's the only mention of that plug. There is a plug from the power supply that would connect to it, but I haven't heard anything else about this. Do I need to hook it up? Is it a seperate power source for AGP boards? Or is it only for AGP Pro cards? I'll be using a GeForce 3.
