AGP/PCI setting in BIOS

Putting together a new machine using a BIOSTAR 8598 board
apparently the bios default is for a pci video card
i have an agp video card and know no one with a pci video card
is there some way to change this setting?
without a pci video card or trying to guess through the menus?

This thread should probably be in the Motherboards area rather than Highly Technical.

I've seen this happen on a couple of Biostar board before.

You may need to clear the CMOS a few times and then it should work OK.
