AGP/PCI Dividers

I have 2 mobos with the 440BX chipset. In bios there isn't any AGP or PCI divider selection. I know the 440BX supports 1/1 and 2/3 for AGP, and 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 for PCI. I can only overclock to 83MHz FSB. I don't know if my overclocking limitation is because of the incorrect divder, or if it's just that my CPU won't go any faster. Is there any program that shows you your AGP and PCI clocks?

Thanks in advance!
