AGP/PCI clocks - newb

Can a 80+MHz AGP clock or a 40+MHz PCI clock damage my AGP card, HDDs or PCI devices?

Anytime you run something out of spec there is the potential for damage, but usually there will be some warning before a component fails. Just monitor your computer carefully and if you notice any unusual behavior (graphical artificacts, sound garbling, disk access errors, etc.) then it's time to back down your o/c a shade.
