AGP Multiplier...Holding me down

I have just installed a celeron 566 and am running it at 850 with the default voltage. If I have the AGP multiplier set at 1/1 my system will crash, but at 2/3 it runs just fine. To me this says that my video card ( Asus 3400 tnt w/tv out) can't take the 100mhz speed but can deal at 66. Am I sol or are there other ways to tweak this?

Just so that you know, AGP isn't a 100MHz bus, it's a 66MHz bus. That's why it WILL run at 2/3 of 100 which is 66.

That's pretty much what I thought, so now my question would ask where a good video board overclocking article or "how to" be located?
