Agp i740 locks up steady-help!

Trying to use i740 agp with my V2.Was using V2 with a pci Banshee(everything worked fine).I wanted to free up a pci slot so i'm replacing the banshee with the agp i740.I have a asus p2-99b m/b(zx chipset),Win 98,64 meg ram,466 celery,etc....
Card will lock -up when my desktop loads,or when I'm surfin the web,I have latest drivers from intel for the vid card,and for the zx chipset.What are the recommended bios settings for the i740?Thanks.Oh and help!
 
Try putting a 486 fan on the I740 heatsink...It gets pretty hot, and I found that quite a few of them don't stick the heatsink on good either.
