agp card listed as pci in device manager?

I recently purchased a new pc and noticed that my video card is listed as running in pci slot 1 in device manager. The computer seems to run fine, I'm just wondering why it is listed as pci. I checked BIOS and found that the graphic card is set to agp. Thanks in advance for any advice you might have. I purchaced my computer largely based on information gathered on anantech. My specs are:

Athlon 64 3000+
MSI k8t800
evga geforce 5900
corsair 512 pc 3200

You'll find that the 'PCI bus number' that the AGP card uses is different to that of all the other PCI cards and integrated motherboard devices. Essentially the AGP bus is not completely different to the PCI bus. Even in the BIOS POST listing you'll see the AGP card listed with the PCI devices but on a different bus (number).
