AGP and PCI -X ?

I'm assuming you meant PCIe. Yes, there is a mobo for the LGA775 platform that has that, but the AGP slot is crippled (I think they put it on a PCI bus or something).
 
Yes - Gigabyte makes a 915 m/b with a Gear slot ( AGP ) and also support both DDR and DDR2.

I have the board. I do believe the AGP slot is crippled in that I get marginal performance with my AGP video card.
