agp and fsb - have a question about mhz speeds

i am taking a A+ course at bcit (vancouver) and my instructer says that the agp runs at the same speed as the fsb which i told him i didnt think it did but at the time couldnt remember what it was. is he correct or does it actually run at 66 which is why you need agp deviders in the bios?

He's obviously living in the stone age of the LX chip set. He's wrong, obviously with current 100/133 MHz Bus speeds the 66MHz AGP being same as FSB is wrong.
