AGP AMD 3450 - Is it better than a geforece 6800?

Wanted to know if I should replace an existing GEFORCE 6800 (think it has 684 ram) or this low cost agp is better?

It's better in that it has more modern features and will likely save you a few watts on your PC power useage. The GeForce 6/7 cards have not really aged well, so even a low end card like a Radeon 34x0 may improve playability of some newer games, but it's really not much of a gaming card.

*edit - That Radeon has DDR2 over a 64bit connection... I doubt it'll be very good for gaming on.
