AGP 8x v. 4x

Is there that much of a difference? I mean, it's twice the bandwith, but are we even using that much?

Virtually no difference in real-world use.

No difference. Hell, my R9700 Pro wasn't stable at 8X; moved it back to 4X. Problem solved - no difference in speed.
