AGP 850 XT, or X800 XL PCIE?

I'm building a system, and I want to know which is better:

A mobo with an AGP slot and a X850 XT 256mb

or

a mobo with PCIExpress and a X800 XL 256mb?

x850xt will be faster but its agp.

I would get the XL because it isnt much slower than the x850xt and it offers pci-e.

You probably wont even notice the difference.

You'll be glad you went pci-e.

get the mobo with PCIe express and get the X800XL...the performance between the two is not much and u even have the PCIe slot for future upgradeability

No sense in building AGP into a new system. If you're aiming for longevity, PCIe is where it's at.

If you do go AGP, though, a <=$300 AGP 6800GT is as good a deal as the X800XL is for PCIe. No sense going for an X850 so close to the next gen, IMO.
