AGP 4 1.5V Will this card work?

Motherboard has only a AGP 4 1.5Volt slot as the topic says.
I want to be positive before I order, the Leadtek site has very poor information but I know someone here will have the answer.

Anyway. 8x AGP gear _must_, by mandate of the AGP standard, be backward compatible to 4x mode. So that's a clear Yes.

Thanks Peter, not so new, I remember when this site was brand new back in the day. I've just seen differences of opinion on this subject and wanted to avoid purchasing something that at best wouldn't work and at worst would end up blowing something up. I really could not get a definitive answer here but a search on the compatability topic led me to Nvidia's site which netted me my answer.
