I had that mobo with K6-2+ CPU. Worked flawlessly with newer BIOS. What information do you want ?

What I am looking to do is upgrade my present system with the future in mind.New memory,new vidio card,and new CPU. System now 66Mhz ram,Graphic Blaster 3D,and AMD K6-2 450.Hard Drive is A 30 gig Maxtor @7200 rpm.
My plans are to get a Thunderbird and new mother board later,along with a new power supply and sound card.Any input would be much appreciated.

So you have AOpen AX59Pro mobo and you want to upgrade system without trashing it ?

I'd consider just upgrading the video for now and buying a new motherboard and processor a little sooner. It'll make a great second system as is right now for someone. Will your memory run at 100?

I want to give to give the old system to my wife.And build a new system and still have the old system running until I switch over.I feel so deprived having only one system.And she gets so mad when I crash the Computer.
