Aggravating driver problem at setup?!?

Everytime i boot up windows xp pro my damn ATI driver wants to install itself again even though it is already properly setup. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. Anybody know how to fix this??

Bump for ya, cause I have a similar problem. My HP 950C printer at work wants to install the driver from the CD everytime the system boots up.

I have tried everything I know to get it to stop with no luck
