Is anyone else having trouble playing Agents of Mayhem (PC Steam version)?

When I try to launch the game,it says "The server is not reachable,check your internet connection,and click Retry." Nothing happens when I click retry.

if I keep trying to launch the game,this message pops up:
Currently your game purchase cannot be re-validated successfully, please wait 24 hours and try again.

Any idea what's wrong?
