Agent Core - What is it?

Every time with booting all my startap apps pop ups message named Agent Core (Windows error message with 'send' or 'don't send'). I select 'send' or 'don't send' but it appears again and again untill I 'End the process 'agent.exe' in the Task Manager. What is it, how can I fix it?

There are several different processes with that name that show up in Google searches, so it may be any of those, or something else. The three I saw were Cyberlink PowerDVR, and a tool from MS, and one from Symantec. I think you'll need to post more information about what you have installed, or possibly a hijackthis log.
