I want to play AOM online so I click on multiplayer and then Create a new account but then it comes up with:

Unknown error occurred while retrieving country information.

Which means I can't create an account, what should I do????
 
It's been a long time since I setup my account, but I assume you're in the US? Have you setup any online profiles/accounts & entered your country? Are you behind a router or firewall?
 
I changed my setting to US and now the error message dosn't come up but when I put in all my info it won't let me create an account.
