I played for about a year and a half. I was in the top 20 at one point in the Warchiefs on cuetech.

It's a very addicting and fun RTS game IMO. Lots of maps and civs, though when you play competitively you will realise that there are several civs that are overpowered. I don't know if the patches have fixed anything recently but last I played the balance was kinda bad.

I will definitely get ES' next RTS though, I'm a big fan of the AOE series. AOE4 will be great hopefully and a little more balanced this time too maybe.
