Colorado has some whack laws set up... the concrete age of consent is 17, however 15-16 year olds are legal with someone within 10 years of age as long as they aren't in a position of trust or something.

I know where Im moving too then!!! Miss that 15 year old putty from back in the day :( ... the girls may have been annoying and filled with emotions, but Ill be damned if 15 doesnt produce the best vaginas...

Oh shit my bad! Thanks for looking out...

In all honestly though, Ill admit it...I mean, damn, I was fucking at that age...its better than any other age Ive had...and its not like Id do it now...but I HAVE done it...am I not allowed to reflect on what (and who) Ive done in the past?

Also, my whole thing on consent is this...if a 15 year old chick is already getting dick from her boyfriend...then what exactly is so different about my cock other than more experience? I mean, a penis is a penis...

how many guys on AT do you think are legitimately so attractive that 16 year-olds are going to lie and use fake ID's just to get to have sex with them?

QFT :)

Anyway...what one needs to do is freaking talk to the chick. If you can't peg it with that ID or not isn't going to help. I think most that fuck underage girls and 'cry I didn't know' really knew and just didn't want to admit to it.

Once you start getting ass you can be more selective. If you are living with mom and dad at beyond 21 then you are forced to fuck minors or social disasters.

I ended up with a model that was 12 (I was only 16). Swore she was older than me. After a bit of questions and messing around I got the 'when I am old enough to drive' bomb dropped.

Technically she would have been fair game at my age. I don't think I could have fucked her, but a blowjob wouldn't have been that bad.

My morals got the best of me that night.

All I know is almost every chick I knew had a fake ID around 16 or so. Most never needed to use them (clubs were 18 and over for them as chicks).

I disagree with this. I am 23 years old and I have known plenty of girls my age and older that acted like 12 year olds at everything in life. Ive also known 15 year old girls that have their shit together mentally more than people twice their age.

Just because a chick is 18 doesnt make her an adult...its all about the personality and maturity...something that is much more advanced and mature in younger women than a lot of people think.

Would I date any 15 year old? Hell no. Would I date one that Ive known for a little while and acts more like an adult than most adults? Sure, why not? I mean, besides the American morality police screaming at me...what, REALLY, is so wrong with that?

Regardless of how well adjusted this girl may be, her perception of society is still totally fucked because she spends every day hanging around teen girls and teen boys. As a result of that, you can expect her to have unrealistic expectations of almost everything. Lots of young people think they'll get a dream job, but very few will. Lots of people think they'll get a boyfriend/girlfriend who is cute and has a great personality, but most never will. This teen might really like you, but she can be convinced by her friends that she doesn't like you because you're nothing like Edward Cullen.

Another thing that has been supported by lots of research is that teens and adults have very different interpretations of what is being communicated. A message that an adult would interpret as being important (do it right away) is often interpreted by teens as being not very important (get it done whenever). Teens also have radically different interpretations of facial expressions and body language. In a few documentaries I've seen about this, teens tend to see people as being more angry, more judgmental, and less trustworthy. Teen girls can get strange vibes from people like "I think she's upset with me" even though no such message is being conveyed. It's virtually impossible to date someone when communication is that broken and garbled.

Of course I don't need to tell anyone how unstable teen relationships are. We were all teens at one time, so we know that first hand. The end result is that the most anyone could ever expect to get from a relationship with a teen is a very short term friendship and sex. Are you still dating the person you dated in high school? I'm not. Teens are inherently unstable so it's foolish to hope for anything longer than a couple months.

well back in the day ID's were alot easier to fake, and cheaper to get.

in HS tons of people had fakes, then IL went digital and the only fakes most people had were real id's from look alike friends/relatives

When I was 16 I was dating a 14 year old...we dated for over 3 years only ending the relationship after her and her family moved 1500 miles away. We still talk daily and are still in love for the most part...it just can't happen right now due to $ issues.

As far as everything you said, on a whole I would agree, but again a lot of that I think is affected by your environment and all related subjects.

When my ex was 14 she was more mature than most women I knew at the time, including adults...I think it all has to do with the individual instead of basically "stereotyping" a certain age group...because again, I agree with what you are saying, I completely understand it, but as with all things this simply isnt always the case.

Which brings me back to saying that I would not date any ole' 15 year old...but if I knew her (say next door neighbor or one of my brothers friends who is always over) and she was mature for her age...then to me, at that point, her being 15 years old has nothing to do with her AS A PERSON. So would I date a mature 15 year old? Of course, even though "morals" and "laws" would disagree...but that is America for you though...and yes I am American, born and raised, but even I can see how some shit is wayyy too strict and wayyy too looked down on in our society.

I think in England a 15 year old dating someone my age wouldnt be a completely evil and pedo-bear kinda thing like it is here in the states.

Basically, it all boils down to the individual point of view and perspective...
