This is why I always copy everything into my clipboard before I post when it is more than a few sentences.

I do too. And you can always hit the back button to get it back. But then you have to copy everything, put it into another program, save it, then come back repeatedly until you can paste it back in, and then delete the old file. Its just an annoyance.
