So...Barr testifies that he does not recall if he has given information to White House officials about ongoing investigations.
That's what he's going with? "I forget"? He forgets if he is working with the White House to cover up crimes that are currently under investigation?
OK then. If the American public are fine with this kind of answer, there is nothing left to do here.

Well Trump probably asked him not to take notes and he is old..Not only that but he doesn't even remember if the white house asked/suggested certain people to be investigated. That sends like something one would remember.

Personally, I think its a total waste of time to question Barr. It's already proven that he's a liar, and does nothing but spin. He'll just use the opportunity to spin some more. I realized that he was a useless fuck the first hearing. He's great at what he does, had everyone fooled.

Do I have that right? Is it customary for law enforcement, especially the premier law enforcement agency in the land, to use circular logic when deciding to bring charges or not?
Yeah...It's one thing to not remember an event from 2 years ago but the dude's been on the job for like 2 months.
More lies from the "Administration Of Lies". It's what they've gotta do because it's what they excel at. Also, because they really really need to cover up misdeeds and lawbreaking.
That's what the dude said. He cited the report as his evidence and said he did not look at the underlying evidence. So wait do I understand this correctly that Barr made a decision that Trump didn't commit obstruction of justice without reviewing the underlying evidence?
Like...what the everloving fuck.
Or maybe he doesn’t understand Trump’s code like Cohen did.to be fair, I imagine that any meeting with Trump is an exercise in forging through a firehose of unending lies and boasts that you pretty much grow numb to. ...not to defend this piece of shit, but in a way, I can see Barr having trouble recalling exactly which lie or which boast or which direct attempt at obstruction that Trump committed, in any single meeting, among all of the others .
Who knew that Attorney Generaling was so hard. That's what the dude said. He cited the report as his evidence and said he did not look at the underlying evidence.
