The wife and I finally got rid of the futon.
We went to Rooms To Go and got a sleeper sofa.
Why I thought this sleeper sofa would be any different than any other, I don't know.
Is it the frame of the sofa? Nope. Take the mattress and throw it on the floor and you can still feel every spring.
Is there such a thing as a quality aftermarket mattress for an exisiting sleeper sofa? I Googled it and didn't come up with much. A Tempurpedic would be nice, but apparently no dice. Sleep Number has one that you inflate after you unfold it from the couch, but you have to get the whole couch.
