My card (I'm not this thread's original poster) is a BFG geforce 6600 GT OC, dual DVI AGP. I posted at www.zalmanforums.com asking which of their cooling solutions would work on the card, preferrably for nearly or actually silent operation. I currently am running a ti4600 silently (no fan) with a Zalman ZM80A-HP heatpipe. A Zalman rep posted I should use the VF700-Cu. It can be run in "silent mode" or "normal mode." It appears it's 18 db up to 28 db, so normal is evidently pretty loud.Originally posted by: Bateluer

You can find the exact cooler for your card here
And I'd take a look at FrozenCPU.com over Newegg for cooling supplies, they have a much better, more detailed, and usually cheaper, selection than Newegg is this regard.
Edit - I hear the Zalman coolers pretty decent too, but I am uncertain what model would work for your card.
I'm not finding anything at that arctic-cooling site for a geforce 6600 AGP.Originally posted by: Bateluer
