aftermarket back-up cameras?

Anyone have any good recommendations? Dad's minivan needs one. There are some like this (ad he saw)... are there any considerations because of the 2.4GHz wireless? Interference, etc.?

My friend bought one of the cheap ones at Walmart, and it gets the job done.
It does pick up some interference, but nothing that makes it unusable.
