I am running Win7 64.

Dying to make this work! I loved this screen saver ... omg 20 years ago. Can anyone please assist?

You could try a virtual machine running Windows 95, it may work under that.

tired running it in all the compatibility modes as under right click/properties, but won't install saying that it is a 32bit app and windows is 64 bit

You can't run it, and since they never released the source, nobody can help, besides running it in a VM.
