AFTERBURNER SETTINGS HELP!!!

i need help with the settings on my afterburner card,i just bought it and installed it ok with no probs,but when i booted the machine up i get siren sounding beep from the machine and it gets no further,i set the settings on the card to the same as is my bios,core 1.60v processer 750 front side bus at 100mhz,nothing clocked at all.i have an asus k7v motherboard in jumper freemode if thats any help,the machine boots as normal when i remove the afterburner card,help please.
