After years on Monster with nothing, I finally got an offer.

So we’re not going to be able to post a job opening there for Shorty’s replacement? I mean they’re tall boots to fill anyway... A good candidate would have to posses massive knowledge on where to find ultra skinny redhead porn, have millions of hours in on PC games and give reviews on them, dabble in sensible politics and have loads of self depreciating sex jokes.
Don't forget an extensive portfolio of kitty pics. We need the kitty pics!

So are you working now, paying taxes and contributing to society?

Oh man imagine how boring and long that would be to do all day, with a slight chance of crushed arm. Especially China where they work like 16 hour shifts for a few dollars per month. They probably don't even get to eat, drink or go to the bathroom in that time span.

Why no update? I see shorty has posted in other threads, but seems to be ignoring this one.

No job.

I think I know why.

Sorry. Was it a scam listing? I had a friend who was solicited for a job and he showed up and there were dozens of "candidates" in a room, forced to listen to a pyramid scheme.

If it was legit, my advice is to call them back and ask to talk to the interviewer and see if you can get some feedback and pointers.
