After the election, I can't wait to see...

BigSmooth

There are going to be 500 threads in OT tomorrow started by gloating forum members who supported the winning candidate, whichever one that is. 🙂

I wouldn't talk too much smack right now because you just know that people from the other party are going to link your posts from today that might make you look dumb tomorrow! :Q

Hey, bigsmooth, we agree on something!

Personally though, will there be any winners in this election? I don't think so. But regardless, the next six months should be a bit interesting, and depending on the candidate elected, could even be comical (unfortunately).

DaBoneHead, maybe after the election we can go watch a game of "footy"! 🙂

Seriously, though, I am just as interested (if not more so) in the various House and Senate races that are going on as I am in the Presidential race. We could see a big shift of power here one way or the other with all the close races going on. Should make for some good TV tonight!

Percentage points. If I was talking about the electoral college I would have said votes. It will be even worse for Bore there.

BoberFett,

They promised they wouldn't do that because of the impact it has on the West Coast. Of course they said the same thing in 1996, and by 6 PM Pacific we all knew that Clinton had won.

I thought what they promised not to do was reveal exit poll data as the day went along, but as the polls closed it was fair game. That was my understanding anyway.

Matt Drudge says he's going to release them early...

The Daily Show is going to use a new sampling method, one that they call a "guess." ^_^

<< Matt Drudge says he's going to release them early... >>

Had a dream last night. Drudge raided by office, stole all my valuable data and every CD-ROM I own, replaced the CDs with 1984-vintage Apple ][ 5.25" software, then had the gall to chisel "Drudge" on the door. I'm dead serious.

I heard that Drudge was going to release the exit poll numbers during the day but, I haven't been able to connect to his site all day.

Yeah, it appears it's a denial of service issue...

Bore agents hard at work apparently, or it may be that Drudge is just that popular right now! 😉

Nah, after reviewing the probe I sent to his site (normally at 64.209.200.100), it's being redirected to 216.55.3.10 which is an invalid IP. Someone's obviously messed with him. Damned dirty liberals... shows how petty they are when they're losing. 🙂

BTW. Vote early, vote often, vote Bush! `Nuf said.

The Net is really slow and may crash today. Haven't been able to hit Drudge at all today and Fox News is sooooooooooo sloooooooow. However, the mainstream propaganda sites (ABC, MSNBC) are just fine so either they have tons of bandwidth or no one wants to hear their lies.

Exit poll data at the end of Rush's show was that Hillary was up, Florida and Pennsylvania were tight, Michigan is leaning toward destroying it's auto industry and it's heavy turnout all over.

In Detroit, the turnout is heavy to guarantee that blacks never advance to more than 2nd-class status. Free cheese, HO!!!!

The polls close in Indiana and one other state at 6 pm EST. Florida closes at 7 pm EST. Many more at 8 and then across the nation with Cali closing at 11 pm EST.

They say that whoever wins PA, FL and MI is gonna win it all, so we should know by 8 pm or so wassup.

I finally got on to Drudge...

Gore is winning CA with 54%
Bush is winning MO
Gore is winning MI
FL and PA are too close to call.
