I am using webshots desktop, but it still does the same thing if that is not being used. I recently formatted and reinstalled xp pro, wasn't doing this before. I have a GeForce2 GTS video card and downloaded the latest drivers.
It does this with whatever picture I am using, just showing this as an example. When the messed up picture is there, the display properties show 32bit color.
Any suggestions to fix this?
