i enabled clearfont..... disabled the error reporting crap.... what else?

i know there is a list of things to do after installing xp... just can't remember them

Uninstall Windows Messenger!!!

First thing I always do

then:

Turn off all the color crap, and disable themes
disable like 10 other services I can't remember
turn off auto-update and anything else auto I can find.

That's all I can remember.

Change the login to the classic login with the Ctrl+Alt+Del and put the Classic on the Login screen as well.
