After Market CPU Cooler?

I occasionally run relatively pretty "long" CPU tasks (<5mins). I have a Intel Core i7 3770 CPU. I do not OC. If I get a aftermarket CPU cooler, does that mean I can hit the turbo longer at the max turbo bin?

Probably not, your chip will only throttle at 105c.

No. It just means it will be louder than it could be with a better cooler, and/or that your stable overclocking levels may be more limited than with the stock cooler.
