After iTunes install TRSDKd Err Msg on iTunes Open

The exception Integer division by zero.
(0xc0000094) occurred in application at location 0x66838e5c.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the problem

Installing and re-installing iTunes makes no difference, I have searched the Apple site, Windows site and various other Forums.

The only reference to TRSDKd has been to an ATI Video Driver. Re-installing Video Driver makes no difference.
