After installing RST my boot time is like 40 seconds ?

I would boot up in about 20 seconds.

After I installed the RST driver,,,, I noticed a big difference in boot up time.

went from 20 seconds,,,, to about 40 seconds.

What is the RST driver, do I need it cuz its really slowed down the boot up process... thx,
