i bought a radeon 7000 32mb DDR fro my PII 300 system. I was quite happy with the result but when I tried to print a document, i'm getting this: "fatal error message:cannot load journal dll-please reinstall." then, "unable to start the spoll manager".

can some1 please help me how to fix it. I tried getting a new driver but its 11megs and i'm still using dial up connection 😱

any help is highly appreciated.

I've heard that video cards/drivers tend to mess with printer driver mem space. You need to get the latest drivers for both and AGP (come on, you know you need them anyway).
Uninstall printer and video drivers (and mobo's AGP driver if you can). Shutdown.
Disconnect printer. Install video card with new drivers. Reinstall AGP driver (if any). Shutdown.
If printer is connected parallel, connect printer. Boot up. Install new printer driver.
If printer connects USB, you may have to install drivers first then connect printer. Check your printer manual for the proper order. Hope this helps.
