After installing new Radeon X800XL computer won't wake up from STANDBY mode

Rig:

Athlon 64 3000
CHaintech VNF3-250
1gb mushkin ram
Radeon X800XL
Antec TruePower 430
Seagate 40gb/80gb
Pioneer DVD-RW

I installed the new card by running driver cleaner pro to remove the old catalyst, then installed the new card with catalyst 5.10. Card works fine, but when computer goes into standby, it won't wake up no matter what I do.


ANy ideas? Maybe I need to do a clean install.

I kinda like going into standby. Much faster than turning off and waiting for it to boot up.

Any solutions fellas? Computer been gaming flawless for weeks without a hiccup (knock on wood), but when in standy mode I still can't wake it up (have to restart). Would a clean install help? (Uninstalled older cats then installed new card and cats 5.10).

Press the keyboard and mice buttons. Tried saying "Abra-Kadabra" but no luck.
