After installing 2nd HDD, XP won't see USB camera

I have a Samsung Digimax 200 digital camera. I have used it since May with XP on a 10gig Maxtor HDD. I installed a secondary HDD (20gig Maxtor) and now XP doesn't see my camera whenever I hookup the USB cable. It makes the sound but never shows up in explorer as a removable drive. It used to be removable drive F: but now my 2nd HDD is f: because my network drives are showing up as g-j. To clarify my drives are now:
A: floppy
C: 10g maxtor
D: Pioneer 16x DVD
E: HP cdrw
F: 20g maxtor
G: network drive HDD
H: network cdrom
I: network cdrw
J: network HDD

Any suggestions?

One easy thing to try is change the drive letter of the Maxtor to k, and see if your camera will show up then.
